Due to safeguards in place to protect our customers and employees shipments may be delayed. 

As you all know our transportation partner has priority over our packages ensuring that any emergency package is delivered to emergency centers. This may cause a delay with your package reaching your shipping address.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders that are $50 and over in Canada (excluding taxes).

Once your payment has been approved we ask for 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed and sent to Canada Post it will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive for customers living domestically. Please be advised that international orders may take longer depending on the location of the shipping address. All orders will be shipped through Canada Post. For international customers, please note that there may be additional charges for customs/duties/taxes which are determined by the standards for your specific area. Sterling Society is not responsible for these or any other added charges. We will send a confirmation email and in that email you will receive a tracking number for your package. Also please be advised that the risk of loss becomes the responsibility of the customer for ALL items purchased on Sterling Society once we have delivered their package to Canada Post to be shipped. Customers are responsible for any incorrect information concerning the address they provide for their shipping location. Customers will have to pay any extra shipping fees if a package is shipped to a wrong location which was provided by them. 

Sterling Society is not responsible for any package that has been successfully shipped to the shipping address given by the customer. In the rare event your tracking details informs you that your package has been delivered to your address but you’ve not received it Sterling Society cannot take responsibility for that order. Please check with your local post office.


If there is an error or mistake made by Sterling Society then we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue and will assume all responsibilities  and cost to ensure that you, the customer, is happy. Unfortunately during this time we do not accept any returns since we cannot guarantee or verify that a hat has not been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
